This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and Articles 13-14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
1. Data controller
ANR Engineering, Hadımköy Mah. General Mustafa Özyanar Caddesi No:1-1, Arnavutköy / İstanbul, Türkiye, acts as the data controller (veri sorumlusu).
2. Data subjects and data processed
- Website visitors: identity and contact data submitted through the contact form, plus transaction security data (IP address, server logs).
- Customer and supplier representatives: identity, contact, and commercial data required for quotations, orders, delivery, and invoicing.
- Job applicants: the identity, contact, and professional experience data contained in the CV you send us.
3. Purposes of processing
Responding to inquiries; preparing quotations and technical proposals; managing production, delivery, and after-sales processes; fulfilling contractual, financial, and tax obligations; ensuring the physical and information security of our facilities and systems; and evaluating job applications.
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on KVKK Art. 5(2)(a) (expressly provided for by law), 5(2)(c) (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract), 5(2)(ç) (compliance with a legal obligation), and 5(2)(f) (legitimate interests), and on the corresponding grounds in GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c), and (f). Where none of these apply, we rely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Method of collection
Personal data is collected by automated and non-automated means through the contact form on this website, email and telephone correspondence, commercial documents, and in-person meetings.
6. Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to our service providers (hosting, email, accounting, logistics), to certification and inspection bodies, to banks, and to authorised public institutions, limited to the purposes above and in accordance with KVKK Arts. 8 and 9.
7. Your rights under KVKK Article 11
- To learn whether your personal data is processed, and to request information if it is;
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred at home or abroad;
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and notification of that correction to third parties;
- To request erasure or destruction of the data where the reasons for processing have ceased;
- To object to a result produced solely by automated analysis of the data;
- To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Applications may be submitted in writing to the address above, or by email to sales@anr-engineering.com. Please state your name, your Turkish ID number or passport number if applicable, your address for notification, and the subject of your request. We conclude applications free of charge within thirty days, unless the request requires an additional cost as set out in the applicable tariff.
