2. The data we collect

- Business correspondence: the data you send us by email or telephone in the course of a quotation, order, or supplier relationship.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, recorded in our server logs for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website, and the website is not directed at children.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations. Necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- To manage an existing customer or supplier relationship. Performance of a contract and compliance with our legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)).
- To keep the website secure and functioning. Our legitimate interest in protecting our systems (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- To comply with accounting, tax, and trade obligations. A legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(a)).
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary with: our hosting and email service providers acting on our instructions; logistics, banking, and certification partners involved in fulfilling an order; and public authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Our website and email infrastructure may process data outside your country. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or Türkiye, we rely on the safeguards permitted by the applicable law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an explicit consent where required.
6. How long we keep it
Website inquiries are kept for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless they become part of a commercial relationship, in which case the relevant records are kept for the statutory retention periods (generally ten years for commercial and tax records). 8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted and logged in a tamper-evident audit trail, and personal data is accessible only to the employees who need it for their work.
